📝 What you'll be doing

• You'll be the person who takes a founder’s raw thinking - vision, insight, data - and shapes it into a strategic narrative that builds investor conviction.

• Every project lasts 5-8 weeks. There's no dull moment. One month you might be working with a Series A global AI startup, the next with a Series B fintech for rural India.

• Every project is a deep dive into a new business - understanding its market, uncovering its edge, and figuring out how to tell its story in a way that makes it feel inevitable.

• You’ll work closely with our senior strategists and the founder to build the deck's narrative. You will also work closely with our design team to bring the narrative to life in a visually compelling deck

• This role is about business storytelling at its highest level.

• You are a sucker for clarity. You enjoy untangling messy thoughts and shaping them into something crisp and convincing. You instinctively ask, “What are we really trying to say?”

• You're curious about how businesses work. You love digging into what makes a startup tick - its market, product, customers - and figuring out how to explain it simply and powerfully.

• You're comfortable writing, editing, and refining. You enjoy the craft of structuring ideas, choosing the right words, and iterating until the message lands.

• You collaborate well. You know great decks don’t happen in isolation - and you’re excited to bounce ideas with strategists, designers, and founders alike.
