We help startups create pitch decks that actually work. Not just pretty slides - the kind of presentations that make investors lean forward and say "tell me more."

Over 10 years, we've worked with 300+ startups including Cars24, Coinswitch, and 1mg. Many have gone on to raise serious funding from investors like Sequoia and Accel.

Here's the thing: Most pitch decks are visual disasters. Brilliant founders with game-changing ideas get buried under cluttered slides and confusing layouts. We fix that!

As a Visualization Strategist, you’ll conceptualize clear, engaging visuals that breathe life into presentations and bring out the startup’s story

📝 What you’ll be doing

• You will be responsible for converting complex business narratives into simple & crisp slides that are “understandable in the shortest time and recallable for the longest time.”

• You’ll work with some of the most interesting startups, from those creating fin-tech solutions for Bharat to those helping restaurants automate their backend processes.

• Each project typically lasts a month, so you’ll always be working on something new. There’s never a dull moment at work!

• For each project, you’ll be in charge of end-to-end execution, client management & communication.

  You are able to understand different pieces of information & the relationship between them and can separate the signal from noise.

  You are able to put yourself in the client's shoes and judge if your visual is actually communicating the intended message and emotion.

• End-to-End Project Leadership

  The ability to manage & execute a project from start to end, ensuring a high degree of client satisfaction

• Mindset Geared Towards Problem-solving

  You understand that building presentations is about clarity & communication, than about creativity & novelty

• A Desire to Learn & Grow

  You have a proactive approach to work, continuously seek critical feedback, and solve problems

👎 What doesn’t matter to us

• Work Experience

  The number of years of experience is largely immaterial to us. Someone with just a few quality internships is good. So is someone with a decade long career. The quality of experiences definitely matters.

• Experience Building Presentations

  You totally read it right! Experience in building investor decks or sales decks (or any kind of presentations for that matter) is not relevant

• Expertise in Tools

  Any expertise in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma etc. does not matter to us. Our work is skill-oriented, not tool-oriented
