We're on the hunt for a Customer Relationship Executive

  • Now, we don't want to brag (okay, maybe a little), but when it comes to building presentations, Deck Rooster is one of the best in the business. But we’re humble enough to know that the client experience could be even better. That’s where you come in!

  • Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to ensure our clients’ experience with Deck Rooster is consistently delightful, smooth, and exceptional.

  • While the operations team is focused on building the client’s presentation, you’ll be their go-to person—From keeping them in the loop about timelines to answering their queries and smoothing out any bumps, you’ll make sure their experience is top-notch. On the flip side, you’ll also be our team’s client advocate, ensuring we’re all aligned with what the client needs, resolving any hiccups quickly, and making the whole experience as seamless as possible.

  • Empathy for days—you genuinely enjoy helping people

  • Previous experience in any client-facing role

  • Experience in managing tricky moments with ease and tact

  • Since we’re spread out across the country, you’ll always be in the loop on what’s happening in Delhi, Bangalore, Mumbai—and even Chandigarh, Odisha, Assam, and Puducherry!

👩🏽‍💻 Closely-knit, 100% remote team

  • We’re fully remote, except for our awesome week-long workations in stunning places like Goa, Rishikesh, Manali, or Mysore!

  • Even though we’re remote, we’re still a close-knit group. Your relationships here will be anything but transactional—this is the kind of team you’d love to grab a drink with (even if it’s virtual for now)!

Compensation for the role

  • Your compensation will be based on what you bring to the table!

  • We’re aiming to hire someone within our budget of INR 30k to 60k per month. If your expectations are outside this range, this might not be the best fit right now.

  • Also, this is a full-time position—if you're looking for part-time or freelance work, this might not be the right role for you.
